"I believe [Barack Obama] is the kind of once-in-a-lifetime leader that can bring our nation together and restore America's moral leadership in the world," Gov. Richardson said in a statement. Willie Green served 25 years for a murder that he didn't commit.  Upon his release, he sobbed, touched a cell phone for the first time, and was fascinated to see a small handheld device open a car door from a distance. U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has the Dalai Lama's back, and she doesn't appreciate China's attempts to dis him and his Tibetan peeps. "As a freedom-loving people, if we don't speak out about the Chinese oppression, then we have lost our right to speak on human rights," Pelosi said. [CNN]
