Office of the Speaker of the House seeks a Deputy Speechwriter to draft speeches, talking points, floor statements, press releases, and other written materials.  Candidate should have significant speechwriting experience and an ability to write creatively, prolifically, and quickly, as well as a capacity to engage in substantive research and understand the policy and legislative issues before the Congress.  Hill experience is preferred but not required.
