The All-American superstar scored a $50 million deal to promote the soft drink. So expect to see more of Beyonce on Pepsi cans, advertisements and in-store displays.

The singer, who sang At Last for President and Mrs. Obama's first inaugural dance, made headlines during the 2012 presidential campaign when she and husband Jay-Z hosted a fundraiser for the president. No word yet on whether she or Jay will have a role in the president's second inaugural festivities.

What we know for sure is that you can catch Bey on New Year's Eve performing at the Wynn Hotel in Vegas. Can't make it Sin City? Or can't pay a mint for tickets? Well then you can watch Beyonce's Pepsi-sponsored half-time show during the SuperBowl.

Ann Romney chases skirts for Mitt, agrees to host GMA

Ann Romney, wife of GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney, will test her TV hosting chops next week, when she fills in for Good Morning America host Robin Roberts. The ever popular Roberts is on medical leave, after having a bone marrow transplant earlier this month. Mrs. Romney's GMA hosting gig will pair her with GMA co-host George Stephanopoulos, who is also known for hosting political talk show This Week and serving as Chief of Staff to President Clinton in an earlier life.

As women make up the majority of GMA viewers, the Romney campaign likely hopes that Mrs. Romney will help attract GMA's female viewership to Mitt Romney. Mitt is no chick magnet, as current polls show that he trails President Obama with women by a wide margin. Mitt's got going to have to chase a lot of skirts to match President Obama's popularity with women. Perhaps Mrs. Romney, who has higher favorable than her husband, will help him catch some.

We look forward to watching Mrs. Romney on GMA, and more eagerly, we look forward to seeing what she will be wearing. Her hair, makeup and dress (Oscar de la Renta, girl!) at the RNC convention were flawless. (Think we're shallow? Then go read The Atlantic or something.)

Being bipartisan and all, GMA has also extended a hosting invitation to First Lady Michelle Obama. We wait with baited breath to see if the First Lady will accept, and we'll update you as soon as we know whether she too will join us in our living rooms for coffee and burnt blueberry pop pop tarts.

Virginia is a battleground state again this election cycle. Prior to Obama's 2008 victory in Virginia, Virginia had not been won by a Democratic presidential candidate since President Lyndon Johnson won the state in 1964.

Campbell Brown is not just some little lady who lets her Romney aide husband tell her what to think

Journalist Cambell Brown (formerly of CNN - remember?) has a mind of her own, despite being female and married to a man who is "somebody" in the Romney campaign. (Imagine that.)

She's so over people who discredit her journalistic pieces based on who her spouse is (i.e., "She's married to a Romney guy"), rather than possible factual and logical weaknesses in the assertions she makes.

Campbell is married to Dan Senor, a Republican strategist working for Mitt Romney. She argues that her marriage has little impact on her ability to remain objective as a professional journalist.
