NGP Staff Assistant - Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:  As a member of our Sales and Marketing team, you
will provide administrative support for the daily operations of the
team.  Conduct new candidate research and lead generation.  Compile
campaign status information from blogs and other Internet sources;
write a weekly email update on campaign activities to all staff.
Assist in the production of proposals, orders and service agreements.
Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of training to customers.
Write, format, and distribute email newsletters for customers.  This
is an entry level position with enormous room for advancement for the
right person.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
*         Demonstrated interest in Democratic campaigns and
fundraising.
*         Strong online research skills; familiarity with online
political blogs and other sources of campaign information.
*         Proven ability to organize, prioritize and complete multiple
types of administrative tasks; strong attention to detail and
accuracy; persistent follow-through skills.
*         Excellent organizational, written and oral communications
skills; ability to effectively present and communicate to all levels
within an organization.
*         Customer-focused; genuinely enjoys helping answer questions
and solve problems for both internal and external customers; creative
approach to problem solving.
*         Must be able to work independently with guided but limited
supervision; must be able to work well within a team environment and
across multiple teams.
*         Strong computer/internet skills with proficiency in
Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
Salesforce.com experience a big plus.
*         Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

NGP Accounting Assistant

Are you good with numbers, organized and energetic? If so, we would love to

NGP Software is looking for an Accounting Assistant available to work
25 to 40 hours per week, depending on your availability. Duties will
include Accounts Payable, bank deposits, order processing, general
bookkeeping duties and assistance to the Accounting Manager. Depending
on your availability, additional duties may include Office Management,
Research, Human Resources or Operations work.

Our Ideal Candidate:

   * Be a smart, pro-active self-starter with strong organizational
skills, good attitude and excellent judgment.
   * Have a professional phone manner and good attention to detail.
   * Be trustworthy and show discretion.
   * Have well-developed computer skills using Microsoft Office, as
well as effective oral and written communication skills.
   * Have experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce.
