  Gavin Neusome_Jennifer Siebel.jpgSan Francisco Mayor Gavin Neusom, 40, and actress Jennifer Siebel, 33, are engaged.  Neusom was previously married to lawyer and TV commentator Kimberly Guilfoyle for almost 5 years.  They divorced after Neusom admitted to an affair with a former staff member's wife.
