Stall Tactics Don't Work - Judge Denies Larry Craig's Motion to Withdraw Guilty Plea

A judge has rejected Sen. Larry Craig's motion to withraw his guilty plea, and he just may have to resign as he said he would.  Sen. Craig (R-ID) was arrested for soliciting sex from an undercover police officer in a Minneapolis public restroom stall and pled guilty to disorderly conduct for the infraction.  Initially, he said that he would resign from the U.S.Senate because of the controversy, but he later changed his mind and said that he would resign only if he was unable to withdraw his guilty plea.
