Karl Rove to Leave Bush Administration

So when you least expect it, expect it.  Karl Rove announced this morning that he will leave the Bush administration. Who woulda guessed that?  Rove and Bush were thought inseparable like Frick and Frack,  Brad and Jen, Ben and Jerry, Dolce and Gabbana...

The Wall Street Journal reports that Rove will resign from his position as President Bush's Deputy Chief of Staff on August 31st and return to his home in Texas.  Known as "Bush's Brain" and "the Architect" of Bush's rise to power, Rove is credited with masterminding Bush's gubernatorial and presidential campaign strategies.  He says that he is leaving to write a book and spend more time with his family.
